Tronxy X5SA Pro E3D Titan Directextruder

A design to upgrade your Tronxy X5SA Pro with the direct extruder Titan from E3D with an ADXL mount.

You need:

2x M4x10 screws

4x M3x10 (or longer) screws

4x M3 heat inserts

2x M3 square nut or similar for spacing

1x E3D Titan Extruder (!!!mirrored version!!!)

and some cable ties

Printed with PETG but PLA should work as well

4-5 perimeters and 3-4 bottom and top layers

infill min. 30%, no supports needed

The assembly is very straight forward. 

I used the 2 squarenuts to increas the the hotend distance a little bit to the front. Spacers, nuts or something similar should work as well, but for me it works fine withe the square nuts.

I added 2 parts with a small modification.

All heat inserts are in the adxl_mount now and the holes in the backplate for the mount are a little bit lower
