Avon S10 Respirator Primary Speech Module

This is a fairly close copy of the primary speech module of an Avon S10 respirator. It's intended for cosplay, display etc, for example making a replacement in UV-reactive, glow in the dark filament, or a different colour to match a costume. I intent to upload other matching pieces soon.

I have printed this model both outer side up and down. When face down it doesn't need any support, but the first layer is visible as being slightly smooth/flat on the front of the cone. When printed face up it needs a fair bit of support (which can be fiddly to remove), but the cone is finished more smoothly. 0.2mm layers on my Bambu P1S produced quite noticeable layers on the cone, 0.1mm looks much better. I haven't tried ABS yet but smoothing with acetone might produce a nice result?

The model does need a bit of force to snap it onto the respirator, but this is similar to the real thing! Always peel back the inner mask and hold the hard plastic inner when installing it.

It shouldn't be necessary to say, but this must not be used for any safety-critical purposes!
