Remix Ender 3 V3 SE upper gantry cable guide with cable spline

I used tinkercad https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jBSvvRhF06K-ender-upper-gantry-cable-guide-with-cable-spline to add a cable spine to the Upper Gantry Cable Guide v3 when combined with the Ender 3 V3 SE Spine cable Clamp to Spine  https://www.printables.com/model/754271-ender-3-v3-se-spine-cable-clamp-to-spine it really gives this a more complete look.

This will need to be supported, i included a .3mf file with the painted supports. I used organic supports and it worked well enough.

I added a cable spine to the Upper Gantry Cable Guide v3.
