I've been experimenting with different combinations of cube size and infill percentage in search of the perfect 95A TPU stress cube. This 2"/50.8mm cube at 14% is the best combination I've found that doesn't leave any of the infill floating unsupported.
Other combinations that work well are 4"/101.6mm at 12% and 3"/76.2mm at 16%. These don't leave unsupported infill, but they are a little too large for a one-hand fidget/stress squeeze toy.
Besides the obvious need to disable perimeters as well as all top and bottom layers, you will also need to set “Maximum length of the infill anchor” to 0 under Infill Settings to avoid adding floating horizontal lines to the outsides of the cube.
