I made a stand for my Steam Deck with the Killswitch case from DBrand. It includes screw holes for wall mounting like I did, if you choose, and 2 versions if you keep the kickstand attachment on, though I've only tested the one labeled supports, which has extra structural supports. One version that should fit if you don't keep the kickstand on it. All should fit with the travel cover, just hook the flap at the bottom onto the front wall, I'm not sure how to explain it exactly, just check the pictures. I also included my cable clips I used to route the cables, I just cut some 3M command strips to fit. I included the solidworks files in case you want to tinker with it, please don't judge my crazy engineering of it.
I hope you enjoy.

Notes:
For my personal printer I added support blockers in the corners and over the screw holes to make removal and general look easier and printed it just like it sits. You know your printer though so I trust you can find the best way to print it.
