Could not find anyone that sells this, so i made it. The gauge has the metric sizes up to 10mm. To print, orient the model to be standing on the largest flat side with no holes or dots on such that you can easily glide your fingers along the layer lines. I highly recommend using PETG or any smooth feeling filament. If the hole sizes need adjusting, i included a threshold parameter in the f3d file(custom parameter). Printing with a brim is recommended.

UPDATE:

After testing, large knitting pins may have the thickest point far into the gauge, so it doesn't measure propperly if it reaches the end of the hole before getting to the thickest point. To fix this i made a new version(v2). It also removes the somewhat redundant number signifier.
