Espresso blind shaker imitation for 58mm dosing ring

Grind the espresso and fill your portafilter with it, once the dosing ring is on, then use the shaker as a lid on top. Shake the espresso grounds lightly, then make circular movements so that everything is well distributed and take off the dosing ring. I go over it again with the leveler and then tamp, the result is very good!
