This model could be fully print-in-place, but i find it easier and more reliable to print parts separately and assemble them. And it takes less room on the built plate.

Printed in pla on my bambulab p1s, normal 0.2 settings. Only 2h for the grey parts. Mandatory: 0.2 layer (designed for it), 04 noozle. No support, no brim. walls: 6 lines to be sure of rubustness. Dont use old wet pla (i did) or some parts will break. Print the face in black.

Print parts, remove supports:

  • below ball joints
  • in the back slit for knee, ankle and elbow (there is a small square part to pop out with the screw driver)
  • the body has ball joints with a pinch support around. Remove it with a pair of pliers: press on the 2 arms of the pinch, it will open the pinch, and remove it.

check the video if not clear:

insert legs and arms in the ball joints of the body.

glue the black face on the head.

Move the joints around until they are wobbling. Then insert the screws, and screw then to tighten the joints (not too much).

It uses my gen#3 ball joint design, + a cylindric variant (for knee and elbow)

I LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK: so like, comment, post your makes. Thanks.
