PDFIt is ergonomic thimble (finger guard)
It fits finger rather well, as it is not round in cross-section (similarly to most fingers)
It has:
-dimples
-concave top to push needles
-ring guarding somewhat from slippped needle injuries
-ribs inside to stay on finger
