Pubbox hypercore v2

Remixed the pubox to fit the hypercore factory plug.

i needed a box with more space for a ubox build, i was able to fit the ubox80v and an avaspark v1 lighting controller, it fits standard pcb led light sticks and a 3mm g10 led window same as original pub box.

standard 19mm power button and gx16 charge port same as the original ill also include a small spacer file for using a 16mm power button.

I may add a modified lid file for lid mount controllers later if i end up doing a lid mounted controller build that still needs the hypercore plug, for now though I just mounted the ubox80v to the box in its housing with its original heat sync.

included the accompanying gasket, lid and connector cover to go with it.

the lid file has no countersinks so you can load it straight into send cut send, 30$ to have them make the lid, you can have them add the countersinks for an additional fee or add them by hand yourself.

uses the same exact hardware as the original pub box: m3 heat sets for lid and m5 for rails.

 Eric ugland posted a remix to the connector cover for this box that works much better and provides better clearance I suggest using that cover

 assembly notes:  I have added a marked up photo of how you will need to trim the back plate of the molex motor connector to clear the screw hole hubs in that area of the box. I also do not use the rubber gasket for that connector personally I seal all connectors with flowable windshield repair silicone, modifying the rubber gasket to match the connector may or may not work I personally have no experience attempting it.

You will also need to extend your footpad connector plug, there are several pre made options available as well from various builders in the vesc builders groups across the interwebs.
