Tronxy has fixed some belt line issues with the X5S v2 but only to half way.
The belt liner are made with the metallic bigger washer and smaller split lock washers on the both sides of bearing allowing it rotate. At least I couldn't get the bearings in line because the locking washers won't go totally flat leaving the bearings tilted.
The other issue is that middle bar roller bearings are running at bit higher than the corner bearings. This cause belt rubbing with the liner washer.
I also noticed that belt tension will bend the corner bearing pile a bit. That will push belt up to liner washer, keeping noise and wearing out.
Here's my solution.
Base shim: replacing the washers, sleeve towards bearing
Spacer shim: to be added on the flat side of the middle Base Shim in to two bearing piles
Corner shim: to the bottom of the right front corner. It is 1.6mm higher to align height and a bit tilted to keep the axle in straight (you need to position the washer thick side towards center point of the printer .
Print a flat side down :-)
