Alastor the Radio Demon's microphone (from Hazbin Hotel)

Alastor from the animated show Hazbin Hotel has a staff (cane? wand?) with a microphone on top that helps him channel his powers.  After looking at various angles of it, it seemed like a not-quite-screen-accurate interpretation of it would work well.

This model is print-in-place, with support blockers under the top of the microphone because the dome shape is small enough to handle the overhangs.  

A good version2 would have more diagonal supports bracing the pivot pegs, currently they get a bit loose.
