25mm Table Clamp with 1/4" thread brass insert hole and separate padding for the screw

Table clamp for 25mm tabletops. It's strong enough with the ¼ inch heat set insert to hold a SmallRig arm and a heavy phone at the other end.

Included step files can also be easily customized for different thicknesses. The screw model file also contains a separate part for a TPU padding to protect the table. You can print the TPU padding as a multimaterial print directly into the screw or separately.

For the clamp itself, use a low-creep material such as PETG or PC. I don't recommend PLA. When tightening the clamp, PETG will visibly flex but not break. Prioritize perimeters over infill. Works with 4 perimeters, but 6 or more will be even stronger.

I used a 10mm deep ¼ inch brass heat set insert.
