The handicap of X5S design is lack of v-slot roller adjustment.
It is essential that carriages run smoothly (no friction, no slag).
Typical eccentric nuts are 6mm high but Tronxy X5S use 8.5 mm long spacers.
Here is two solutions:
1) Easier: Printed one
-The neck is a bit weak so the spacer shouldn't be turned under the stress
2) More tools need one: 6mm eccentric spacer + tuned M5 nut
-The M5 nut height is 3.9mm so it needs cut down 1.4mm with grinder. By placing two M5 nuts on the top of the bolt and grind pile down to 6.6mm leaves the top nut 2.5mm thick.
The X5S roller axle holes are 5mm and eccentric spacers require 7.1mm hole. Acrylic crack easily and there for needs drillcarefully. The best is to use pillar drill but this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3041641
worked for me with 1/2 mm steps.
To trim final 0.1mm I used 5mm drill bit covered with sandpaper (120) allowing the eccentric nut fit in without any force.
Place the M5 shim plates under the axle bolt heads.
