I designed this dampener for my wife's tennisracket. This must be printed in the softest TPU you can get your hands on. (the softer, the better it works).

I had the best results with Fiberlogy's Fiberflex 30D (the blue one) but recently started testing with Recreus Filaflex Foamy TPU for ultra soft prints but those haven't been tested in the field yet.

I also tried one one Fiberlogy Fiberflex 40D TPU and that one noticably dampened less vibrations so it really has to be super soft TPU

I removed the text from the model so you can add your own text which most slicers support. There's a model with brim in the optimal print orientation and there's a model without if you're really confident in your bed adhesion (but this is a real warp prone print)

The best dampening results I got with:

  • Fiberflex 30D
  • 20mm/s
  • 0,1mm layer
  • Cooling 100%
  • 3 walls
  • 50% gyroid infill
