Ender-3 FW with S-Curve, Linear Advanced & Bed Leveling

Marlin 2.0.5 config files for the Ender-3 with S-Curve, Linear Advanced & Manual Bed Leveling.

Those features fit in to stock board but cutting the M503, boot screens, Icon animations, Scroll long names, Auto Temp, Power Loss Recovery... off. (still 170 bytes spare, uh)

Update v1: Hotend temp was fluctuating +/- 3K, PID values updated
