The exact same issue can be with many other life vest brands as there aren't that many mechanism variants available.
Some brands has fix available but not necessarily outside of Sweden. Here is my solution. Ensure the quality of your print, any sharp object might effect integrity the life vest!
1) The lip snaps on to body
2) The ring slides over the lip and CO2 cartridge securing unintentional loosening of the cartridge.
