Sovol SV06 Inductive ABL Sensor / Probe Mount/Holder

The original holder for the inductive probe / sensor on my Sovol SV06 was cracked, so I designed this to hold it instead.

Why this design?

• The original Sovol design isn't easy to print, and it requires heat-set inserts.
• Other designs I saw online:
  • Didn't have the same X and Y offsets as the Sovol design
  • Were multi-component assemblies
  • Were too big / too heavy

So I set out to design something that is easy to print, uses a 1-piece compliant mechanism, and retains the original functionality of the OEM design.

Print this part in 0.2mm layers with organic supports turned on. Use PETG for heat resistance and flexibility; it might crack if you use PLA.

You'll also need QTY 2 M3x6mm button head / socket cap screws to clamp the ABL sensor in place. The whole mount attaches to the extruder with the original screws.

After installing at the same height as before (measure your height first!), you will need to recalibrate your z-offset and re-create your bed level mesh.
