A simple mount for this Neotek dial gauge (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Neoteck-Indicator-0-25-4mm-Indicators-Electronic/dp/B01H035DRO) to fit on an Ender 3 Pro in order to calibrate XYZ steps (see https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html#xyzsteps). Rather than finding an external clamp or an appropriate hotend mount, this attaches using v-slot nuts.
Print two of the spacers and attach to the bottom using 4 M3x6 bolts, self tapping into the spacers. These act as alignment for fitting to the X gantry, and as spacers to clear the y-belt for the Y gantry. The other holes can then be used with 2 M3 bolts (x6 for X gantry, x12-14 for Y) and 2 M3 drop in t-nuts to secure the holder to each gantry. On the X gantry you can clip the gauge in horizontally or vertically as needed for each axis measurement.
