These back door latches at the Nikon F100 tend to break off. Unfortunately, the latches are made directly from one piece of plastic with the housing of the door.
The new latches are glued. I printed with ABS and used a two-component epoxy adhesive for gluing. For the photos I used a white dummy, so you can easily regognise the new part.
First you have to completely remove the remains of the broken off part. You may also have to file off a piece of the door. The exact position (height) is defined by the support at two points on the inside (see picture). The new latches are glued as one piece from behind.
I recommend always pulling the lever all the way down when closing the rear panel to relieve the pressure on the part. So don't just push the door shut.
