Bird feeder

This is a 4 part bird feeder. The mesh part needs to be printed with 0.2 mm layer height. Trim the support bars after print, it will be flexible afterward. Then sew the free ends together to make a mesh sleeve. You can see my stich in the second picture.

I made the final assembly using liquid epoxy:

1. Fill the channel in MAO01-0002 with epoxy then insert the mesh in it. 

2. Let cure. 

3. Put the top part MAO01-0001  in a cup to hold it upright(see last picture).

4. Fill the channel of  & MAO01-0003 with epoxy then insert the mesh/bolttom part assembly in it.

5. Let cure. 

6. Fill the feeder with seeds.

7. Scew the bottom lid.
