Upgraded 3d printed housing for Creality Sprite extruder. Highly recommended with upgraded extrusion gears from Fysetc.

Description

Attention: This model is NOT compatible with stock extrusion gears

BOM:

Filament recomendations:

PP, PA, ABS with glass of carbon fiber

Print settings:

Line width: 0.4 mm

Layer height: 0.16 mm

Perimeters: 5

Tops and bottoms: 8

Infill: doesn't matter

Support: custiom only for ptfe tube guide on the bottom face of housing

Post-processing:

Cut bridge layer into screw holes on the front face of the housing
Drill a 2.5 mm diameter hole into the filament guide
Melt heat inserts into 8 holes on the side faces of the housing
Cut 21 mm length ptfe tube and press into the hole on bottom face of the housing
(Optional) Press ptfe tube fitting into filament guide on the top face of the housing, insert a piece of ptfe tube into the fitting
