Daemonbite Dual MegaDrive/Genesis Adapter (Glueless/Screwholes)

A remix of Botvinnik's excellent 2-player Daemonbite MegaDrive case that simply allows assembly using 4x M2x8mm self-tapping screws. Additionally, the Arduino is held in place when the two halves are closed.

Added material to the top half which secures the Arduino without the need for glue in case it is loose.
