I needed a TL-smoother case to fit the BIGTREETECH type of TL-Smoothers with a 25x25x10mm heat sink. I found some really cool cases here but the one I wanted to use had "no derivatives" licensing so I asked the creator if they would allow a remix, but then got impatient and decided to just roll my own. Once I started designing this case, I found that I wanted a few more things like a 45 degree mounting and optimization for a heat sink. This is the result, and I have printed it successfully in ABS (I scale by 102% for ABS and it fit pretty well).
There are 2 versions, one with "mouse ears" for better bed adhesion and one without. I also uploaded the step files for easy remixology.
I used the following in designing this:

And I took some inspiration from this, which at the time did not have licensing terms friendly to remixing (since updated to allow remixing).

I printed both parts in a top up orientation so the supports will not show on the finished surface.
To assemble this, some M4 screws and t-nuts for mounting, and six M3 x 12mm screws and nuts for securing the cover were necessary.
These are similar to the heat sinks I am using, which are attached using thermal glue:

I mounted it inside the base frame of my Anycubic Linear Plus, though I have moved the motherboard outside the base so I am not sure if there is clearance using the stock motherboard.
