Adjustable 50mm Laser Tube Mount

This is an adjustable 50mm laser tube mount I made for my OMtech 60W because the original clamping system doesn't allow for easy and precise adjustment.

These clamps let you adjust the height with the dial on the mount, and you can adjust the sideways position with a long hex key with a ball end. When adjusted, you can tighten the setscrews to lock it into place. ( Don't forget to unscrew the setscrews when adjusting!)

I used the original silicon strips that came with the OMtech mounts and cut them to fit in the cutouts of the clamps. I printed them with PETG and put a little grease on the legs for smooth operation. 

Per clamp, you need:

2x M3 washers
2x M3 nuts
2x M3x 14 Allen bolts for height locking bolts
3x M4 nuts
2x M4 washers
2x M4x20 Allen head bolt
1x M4x14 Hex bolt for clamp height adjustment
