Description

PDF

It is a simple variable desk power supply.

You would need (minimum complectation):

  1. Buck Boost Converter (the star of the show)
  2. PD/QC/AFC TYPE-C Decoy Board
  3. 40mm 24V axial fan (probably optional)
  4. Banana Socket Terminal Connector
Things to pay attention to:
  1. model is designed without any tolerances, use
a: PrusaSlicer: Print Settings → Advanced → XY Size Compensation
b: Cura: Walls → Horizontal Expansion
to tune it according your printer accuracy
  2. You can use buck converter and 12V fan if you want and maybe fan controller to limit its spin if you want to have it less noisy.
  3. do not forget to remove one barely visible short from 12v line on decoy board.
  4. put thin double-sided tape on the bottom of the decoy board to stop it from moving from side to side when in places.

Enjoy ;)
