Fence Bracket for ecowitt WH57/WH32 Solar Shield

The bottom and fence bracket are connected with a dovetail and use a single M4x20 countersink screw to secure the bottom to the bracket. No nut is needed since it will make its own threads. This will make a solid connection. Print the bottom bracket with the flat side down and the bracket on it's side. Supports are needed for the brackets dovetail.
