So this is for a VERY specific use case lol. It will allow you to mount an E3D Hemera XS Direct Drive Revo combo to an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max. It also has a mount for the Beacon Probe at the bottom. Basically after you print this you'll need to add JST ZH 1.5 connectors to the fans, the LED (24 volt unless you want to add a resistor), the extruder motor and the thermistor. You'll need a JST XH 2.54 for the heater. The Hemera XS doesn't come with a part cooling solution but I've got a model for that too:

Here's the Beacon offset I'm using in Klipper:

x_offset: 0
y_offset: 25.87

These are the connectors Elegoo used on the PCB for the fans, the thermistor and the LED:

This is the connector for the heater:

Ok, the extruder motor wiring was the hardest part. If you look at the two closeup pictures you'll see that the extruder side is: Black, Empty, Red, Green, Empty Blue.

The Elegoo PCB side is Red, Blue, Black, Green.

You can use any color wires are long as they are in that order.

******** Version 2.0 ***********

Added slots for wire management

Moved to beacon to line up with the nozzle

Removed the LED mount

******** Version 3.0 ***********

Added two JST XH 2.54 holes so you can add/remove fans without taking the whole tool head off the printer.

Please feel free to remix the heck out of this.. then when you prefect it I can use yours instead of mine! LOL

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I added another post on the left side for stability. I added a Beacon Probe mount at the bottom.
