UPDATE: 01/06/2020 - I have literally printed 100's of these now in all sorts of colours to be given away - mostly in the North West, and Royal Preston the bulk of it! If you have someone in the NHS, make them smile with one of these!
A little keyring/keychain for our NHS Superheroes that are currently battling the Coronavirus/Covid19 here in the UK. Not sure who mashed the original NHS logo and Superman logo - but it works well! Had to be printed into a keychain to be given to a superhero you know!!
This is a multi-colour layer print, so you can print this with a 3D printer with one hotend/nozzle, you just need to know how to inject to M600 gcode into the .gcode file at the appropriate layer height and switch from Blue, to White, to Yellow, to Red.
Credit goes to whoever came up with the idea, or credit Aneurin Bevan and DC Comics if you like!!

For me, printing at 0.15mm layer height and a slighter thicker first layer, this was M600 at layer 14, 21 and 24. Your mileage will vary depending on slicer settings and layer heights.Use Prusa's colour layer change online tool to add in the M600 line, or use Cura's plugin, or just inject it within the .gcode file using Notepad++ or similar. Just add a new line M600 before the new layer.
100% infill is probably best to keep it solid and robust, but lower will still work, just remember the last few layers is Yellow and Red, so best to keep it solid fill so the colour comes though nice and vibrant!
Made it in Fusion360 by choosing a suitable size, and tracing around the image as a "Decal". The extruded up! Simple, the magic was in how high each element is on the keyring, which allows it to appear to be different colours in the end.
My Fiancee is a front line newly qualified NHS Staff Nurse.
She has just been moved and has been given an intensive care course and is now monitoring and maintaining positive covid19 patients in intensive care.
She is scared, but she's got this, she is a Superhero! To her and her colleagues - you've all got this!
Love you Gem x
