This is a quick design for an ActionCam mount that goes into a pool pole. I needed to inspect a pop up head at the deep end of a pool and didn't feel like getting wet to do it.
This mount is designed to be secured to the pool pole with a nut and bolt, and for the sake of not loosing the camera if something were to break, I'd add a tether to the camera as well just in case. I'd also test it with an empty waterproof case to be sure there are no leaks before trusting the camera in one. If you use this and it breaks, don't say I didn't warn ya :P
There is also a pair of oblong draining holes towards the business end of the mount, which help to let the water that fills the pole escape when taking it out of the water (these are not for mounting).
For the sake of making it a bit stronger, I printed mine on as shown in the pics. Printing flat should make the layer lines, or grain of the print, resist breaking off at the mounting bracket which should make it stronger.
I printed mine in PETG and used supports touching the build plate only, with a 70% overhang angle to minimize the supports. If you care about the surface quality then maybe use a lower overhang angle. This also has a pocket for a captive nut (which should be glued in place).
Step file included for easy remix'in.
Sorry no action pics.
