I designed a mount for my Hypercube Evolution to fit the Orion module from precision piezo and the Nimble from Zesty. I use the groove version of the Orion module. For cooling the coldend i use a Nocuta 40x20mm fan. I put the fan on the right side, because i use the left side for the endstop switch.
I've also added the STL from the Original Prusa Mk3 fan duct.
As X carriage i would recommend the upgraded version from NedalLive https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437440. I use just three instead of five screws to attach the mount to the carriage.
Please use DIN 562 squarethin nuts for this mount, you will need about 10 m3 squarethin nuts and about 5 m3 DIN 934 hex nuts.
-STEP files included
-Removed the brass inserts
-Removed some leftover edges from an other modification I'm working on
-fixed a hole on top of the 40mm fan
-Moved the hole for the nut on the bottom left corner a bit up, so the part will not crack there as easy as before
-Added the old holes for the original mount, now it has 5 fixing pointsR3 Update
->Changed the version to a 45° angle style, like the R3 from the original Prusa design
->Added also a 45° Volcano fan designIf you are looking for a version without the orion module, take a look at this awesome mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3044328
