Overture Carboard Spool weighted insert for Bambu Lab AMS

As we all know the Bambu Lab AMS does not really like light cardboard spools. This insert fits into the Overture spool and weighs about 180g when printed at 100% infill. Or use the hollow model of Part 2 (155g) and insert a 10x40mm brass rod(weight unknown). it may be scalable to fit other models(untested)
