IKEA SKADIS Pegboard - Large cable holder (4/6/8/10 mm spacing)

This is a redesign of the large/small cable holder from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853257.

They are based on the design but have a distance of 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 mm between the fingers, which are at least 4.5 mm wide.

Two of the original universal hooks for each holder are required. This part is the design of CSD_Salzburg (I only include it for simplicity)
