All pieces are printed with supports, .2 layer height. (though you may want to paint blockers (see pictures). I used rare earth magnets and superglue to assemble.

  1. Print the inner spheres first. Be sure to paint blockers on the holes so the magnets can fit in the holes designed for them.
  2. Print two of the grill core pieces and stick them on the ends (they fit snugly for me)
  3. Print the outer spheres and paint blockers on the slot that will fit on the ridge of the inner shell.
  4. Glue rare earth magnets in the hole of the outer shell (make sure the magnets are in the right orientation to connect the halves together!)
  5. Glue the outer shell pieces to the inner spheres by gluing the ridge and the top near the core grill.
