Cutter lever for Smolboi's bmg extruder for k1

This is a small edit to add a #4 hobby blade into the cutter lever, blade needs to be snapped down to 14mm in order to rest at the original cutting edge. 

Once snapped off insert into lever this may require a good amount of force, I used a printed block and the back of a screwdriver to knock it in place.

Added a small slot for #4 chisel tip hobby blades.
