Immature Dendritic Cell

A 3D model of an immature dendritic cell (prior to the production of the spindly dendritic processes), 1000x magnification. Surface 3D construction of confocal image using ImageJ.

Instructions

Brigitta Mester (Malaghan Institute of Medical Research) took a 3D image of an immature DC using our confocal microscope. This image was loaded into FIJI, then converted to an STL model using the 3D surface generator.
