Parametric version of mendel microswitch endstop holder, with most things changeable.
Print out the STL file, attach to your axles with an M3 bolt, attach to your microswitches with screws, and hope that your printer will work better now you're not using tape.
If needed, change the parameters of the SCAD file and recompile. Here are the current settings in SCAD file:
bw = 5; // bracket width
bh = 10; // bracket height
cl = 15; // clamp length
ad = 8; // axle diameter
hd = 3; // bolt hole diameter
nd = 6; // bolt nut diameter
mhd = 2.5; // microswitch hole diameter
ai = 0.75; // axle inset for clamp
xw = 0.4; // extrude width
mhs = 9.5; // microswitch hole separation
bl = cl + ad / 2 + (bw - ai) + hd* 3 + mhs; // bracket length
I didn't add a nut capture ala thing:30085, because I'm still trying to print simple things and I don't yet trust my printer's ability to print overhangs.
