Litehawk STORM Drone Motor Spur Gear

Replacement miniature gears for the Litehawk STORM Drone. I made this gear to fix my toy drone but almost as much to test how small I could print a working mechanical part. Turns out you can print some incredibly small stuff with surprising accuracy on the MINI+ (with a smaller nozzle)!

The gear works but rotation is not perfectly smooth, at least not when printed with a 0.25mm nozzle. The drone flies, though!

Printing Instructions

I strongly recommend using the pre-configured 3mf file because of multiple settings I had to tweak to make it print without any deformation (due to accumulated heat caused by quick printing at such a small size).

• Use the provided 3mf file as a starting point. The high skirt is there to prevent heat deformation.
• Print with a 0.25mm (or smaller) nozzle
