This prints fine with supports on FDM. It requires a small amount of flexing of the 3D print to put onto the headset, if you break the clip just print another.
This has a front/rear version - the front works better for me, but try both and see what works for you.
Several other models mount the band too high, require disassembly of the arms, or don't use existing back strap mounts, rear sheath around the existing mount seems to be the best method for doing this that I've tested. Feel free to remix!
While the second strap is quite secure, I advise against picking up or moving the headset by grabbing it, use the front of the device or back strap. (dont trust your $4k device to a $0.10 peice of printed plastic, I dont).
I recommend spending a few minutes tweaking the position of the back strap and tightness to achieve a good fit. This eliminates most cheekbone pressure for me.
