maxdeangelis external case top cover

I really like Max DeAngelis external case for SKR 1.3, Pi3 (and Pi4) and large fan.

The top case usually has a mesh, but printing that takes quite a long time and I don't need the mesh cover, so I removed the mesh to allow better air flow.

This print takes around 50% of the original top cover.
