I tried out many cases, but somehow my requirements were never met:
So, I had to design my personal case:
It utilizes one 80mm fan (I have good results with Noctua and Noiseblocker Fans)
You just need 2 screws of 3mm to hold the lid.
The SKR and RPI Boards are held with M2.5 6mm and M3 6mm screws.
Compatible with Raspberry PI3, PI4 and PI5 !
Compatible with BTT SKR v1.3, v1.4, v1.4 Turbo
RPI-Cam cable slots on two sides
Mounting holes are outside the case, so you don't have to fiddle around with screws inside the case.
You can slot in most relevant cables through 3 holes for easy installation. Exception: Power and Bed-power cables which have fixed holes Printing and Building:
You just have to print these two parts. If your printer is tuned in nicely, you can print everything without supports!
PrusaSlicer: Ensure you have activated "Detect bridging perimeters" under Print Settings
Cura: If you are unsure about printing without Support, use tree supports for easy removal
There are thin "support bridges" at the three Cable slots. Just cut them away after printing.
