Modelled in 2 parts for Strength!
Print the hinge sideways, to make advantage of the strength of the layers, as the piece needs to bend to get into place (and printing up-right will likely result in the piece snapping off!).
First Picture shows a glued + sanded/primed version I made.
The 2nd image shows the layer lines in the parallel direction, and how it retains strength & tension.

Assembly
Design is made in 2 parts for extra strength to the hinge, and allowing tension properly.
You'll have to glue (I am using clear epoxy glue - I'm guessing superglue works as well) the pieces in place.
You might wanna consider filling/sanding the surface for a quick paintjob to make it look uniform with the rest of the housing.
