Print your own efficient common tools' toolbox for your pegboard wall. Turn your supports off in your slicer, you will not need support for any of the files includes here. Defy gravity with the "levitating" placement of those designs on the plate. No post processing needed because supports on pegboard hooks is always difficult to remove without affecting the print and/or will leave a rough surface that will not slide perfectly in the board.
Designed for a 1 inch pegboard; would require a 98,42% scaling along the pegs to fit exactly 25mm instead of 25,4mm (1inch). Easy to move on the board and strong enough to support the tools.
0,4mm nozzle; 4 walls; 0,15mm layer height. I used small layer height to help with the overhangs in the prints. No supports! Good bed adhesion is crucial for most of the prints.
Screwdrivers support with staggered pattern for a better capacity and better fit:
Pliers support will fit most regular sized pliers, be creative with that one!
Drill holder fits with most drills but is designed for a milwaukee impact drill.
Socket size is 6mm to fit ¼" sockets. Enough holes and hook for most common wrench and sockets.
Drilling bits size: 1/16, 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16 and ¼
