Hinge, Scharnier 2020

I needed some more hinges like the one in the front for a alu-extrusion construction, size 2020. The hinges are mounted with some countersunk screws M4x8mm and matching hammerhead nuts.

The hinge itself uses two identical parts, which are printed in place. For assembling the hinge you need two M3x10mm hex cylinderhead screws. 

Use filament whatever you prefer, make sure to use enough infill and perimeter (I used 50% infill and 3 perimeters). Layer height 0.15mm.

Nachbau eines Scharniers für 2020 Alu Profile. Fertige Scharniere werden mit M4x8 Senkkopfschrauben und passende Hammerkopfmuttern montiert.

Das Scharnier selbst besteht aus zwei identischen Teilen, welche Print-in-Place gedruckt sind. Beide Teile werden mit zwei M3x10 Zylinderkopfschrauben zusammengeschraubt.

Materialauswahl nach Belieben, ich habe mit 50% Infill und 3 Perimeter gedruckt, 0,15mm Layer.
