Here is another remix, based on the work of "Triple G Workshop" and my own remix, which can not only be used between the horizontal bars of the bottom grid of the "Amazon Basics Shelf with Castors" shelf as a divider or backstop for the sides and in the middle of the shelf, but also at the back or front as protection against stored items falling off. So it can be used multiple times. I have designed 2 thicknesses, one in the existing thickness of 11mm, the other approx. 36% thicker, i.e. 15mm for those who require greater load-bearing capacity.

In addition, the new parts can also be used in the old function, so they can be used twice.

In principle, there are 2 possibilities for slicing or printing: 
1.) upright: then more models fit on the print area (up to 41! (printing time 5d4h; filament requirement >500m)) but with a printing time of approx. 3.5 hours (0.3mm draft) per part. Supports not required during printing.
2.) horizontal: fewer models (max. 4, (printing time approx. 11h, filament requirement approx. 50m)) fit on the printing surface, the printing time for 1 model is reduced to approx. 2.45 hours with the same settings, but the print looks better overall with the same settings, but supports should be set in the lower area of the part at the base.

I recommend organic supports, " grid" and "snug" may be more difficult to remove, apply a little, this could make the slot, which was narrowly dimensioned for stability reasons, too narrow and crack the base when inserted.
The published .gcode files are sliced in draft style with a layer thickness of 0.3mm. If you value beauty, I recommend 0.2mm or even less...

Hier ein erneuter Remix , basierend auf dem Werk von "Triple G Workshop"  und meinem eigenen Remix, welcher nicht nur zwischen die horizontalen Stäbe des Bodengitters vom Regal "Amazon Basics Regal mit Rollen" als Teiler oder Backstop für die Seiten und in der Mitte des Regals verwendet werden kann, sondern auch an der Rück- oder Vorderseite als Schutz gegen das Herunterfallen von gelagerten Gegenständen. Ist also mehrfach verwendbar. Ich habe 2 Stärken designt, eine in der vorhandenen Stärke von 11mm, die andere um ca 36% dicker, also 15mm für die die größere Belastungsfähigkeit voraussetzen.

Überdies lassen sich die neuen Teile auch in der alten Funktion weiterverwenden, sind somit doppelt verwendbar.

Es gäbe im Prinzip 2 Möglichkeiten zu slicen bzw. zu drucken: 
1.) aufrecht: dann passen mehr Modelle auf den Druckbereich (bis zu 41! (Druckzeit 5d4h; Filamentbedarf >500m))  allerdings bei Druckzeit von ca 3,5 Stunden (0,3mm draft) pro Teil. Stützen beim Druck nicht erforderlich.
2.) liegend: passen weniger Modelle (max 4, (Druckzeit ca. 11h, Filamentbedarf ca 50m)) auf die Druckfläche, die Druckzeit verkürzt sich für 1 Modell auf ca 2,45 Stunden mit den selben Einstellungen, der Druck sieht allerdings insgesamt bei gleichen Einstellungen auch besser aus, allerdings sollten Stützen im unteren Bereich des Teils an der Basis eingestellt werden.

Dabei empfehle ich organische Stützen, "Gitternetz" und "nahtlos" sind u.U. schwerer zu entfernen, trage etwas auf, dadurch könnte der Schlitz, der aus Stabilitätsgründen knapp bemessen wurde, zu eng werden und die Basis beim Einsetzen sprengen.
Die veröffentlichen .gcode-Dateien sind mit einer Schichtdicke von 0,3mm im draft-Stil gesliced. Wenn Sie Wert auf Schönheit legen, empfehle ich 0,2mm oder auch darunter...

My original remix of the smaller model from "Triple G Workshop" was adapted to the required dimensions of the "Amazon Basics Wheeled Shelving Unit". However, this meant that the part could only be used as a divider or backstop for the side sections and the middle of the shelf. The new remix therefore has the advantage that the front and rear wall of the shelf can also be protected and the new clips can be used both in the old and in the new function to prevent stored objects from falling.

Mein ursprünglicher Remix von dem kleineren Model von "Triple G Workshop" wurde an die erforderlichen Maße des "Amazon Basics Regal mit Rollen" angepaßt. Damit konnte man das Teil allerdings nur als Teiler oder Backstop für die Seitenteile und der Mitte des Regals verwenden. Der erneute Remix bringt somit den Vorteil, daß man auch die Front und der Hinterwand des Regals schützen und die neuen Clips sowohl in der alten wie auch in der neuen Funktion zur Absturzvermeidung gelagerter Gegenstände verwenden kann.
