smlight slzb-06 wall mount

The included screws with the slzb-06 for surface mounting looks small, and easy to rip out when removing the adapter.

This mount solves this by using 3x16 or similar countersunk screws. 
For anyone using imperial, a screw with ¼” head diameter should also work.

To avoid covering the ventilation slots, the sides have cutouts. Add supports if you have trouble printing the overhangs for the cutouts with descent results.
