Everything that can be 3d printed is 3d printed on the multi copter. (PLA).
710mm between motor centers
6x 800kv motors
2x 5000mha lipo batteries ~30minute flight time (23minute aggressive flying or 38 minutes chilled flying with Gopro camera).
Top speed ~85km/h.
Additional carry capacity about 2Kg.
6x Propellers 11x5
APM 2.6+ flight computer with GPS. The APM is cushioned on rubber vibration damping balls.
6x 16mm carbon fiber arms
Legs and additional struts are 9mm carbon fiber
Location pins are 4mm aluminum
All nuts and bolts are 3mm.

Updated Hub (Copterhubv27_Updated.stl) which uses nuts/bolts instead of pins to locate the arms. Just pins were not a secure fit and vibration was wearing the Hub/Arms so there was play. The Nuts/Bolts prevent this and ensures a secure fit.

Print Settings

Printer:

Delta

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

20 - 30%

Notes:

Parts should be printed for light weight and strength. 3 outer walls and ~25% infill, honeycomb.
My setup Motors, ESC's and batteries hardly get warm.

PLA is fine for parts which do not get hot, higher kv motors tend to get hotter so care needs to be taken.
