This is a copy of an original guide plate for carrousel cabinets made (and primarily mounted) in Germany until ca. 1995. The original broke due to thin construction, the plastic got brittle and broke. My copy is different in that the feet are not single round pillars but the whole bottom perimeter contacts the lower surface - depending on your mounting hight you need to modify the design. I don't know if this is a "lazy susan", since it's not a top-loader but I added the tag anyway.
For printing I chose PETG with like layer wallthickness and plenty infill. This should last for the rest of the life of that kitchen - fingers crossed.
This design was made using Fusion360.
