Screw mounted filament roll holder with dust remover

Screw it down to a table with M3 screws and nuts.
For 8mm rod.
Put a piece om kitchen sponge in the (optional) dust remover to clean the filament while it passes through.

Added a roll adapter.
Got a roll with a bigger hole today so it didn't hang free. This adapter is made in two pieces, one in each end with a copule of cable ties connecting them and holding them together.
