Replacement Handle for a 5 gallon bucket.
Wanted a version that didn't need screws or glue but more secure than the print itself.
Designed to utilize a pair of zip ties. The head of the zip tie is recessed into the handle and the tail slots through and around back to the head. Cutting the tail FLUSH to head afterward with a razor blade is required.
Designed around a harbor freight zip tie with a 7mm x 7mm x 5mm head. 5mm x 1.4mm tail.
Smaller zip ties do work.
Printed at 0.2 layer height. (Does print fine at 0.4 but may be a little rougher around the edges (more grip?)). No need for supports.
Test prints print fine in both PLA and PETG.
